Listening to VPs of Mktg from Airtran, OOCCVB, Lake Nona and others talking about how their companies use social networking. I’m amazed that they can’t get a $ figure on the ROI. How do they measure a TV ad? Print Ad?
Companies this size should be innovative in the way they use these tools, creating compelling content and innovative methodologies. It’s how you use these tools that separate you from others entering the arena.

Lastly, if I hear the words “integrated marketing”, “search” or “ROI” again, I think I’ll lose my cake.
